Fee: $35 To register for this tour you must register on the ANS registration site when registering for the 2018 ICAPP. |

| McGuire Nuclear Station is a two unit pressurized water reactor with a net electrical output of 2316 megawatts. Located on the shores of Lake Norman just north of Charlotte, the units began commercial operation in 1981 and 1984, respectively. The tour will include the turbine building, the independent spent fuel storage installation, and other plant structures and systems. | |||
